How much is the Home Service Plan?
The Ken’s Home Service Plan is $17.50 per month, making proactive home maintenance an affordable way to help protect your investment and stay ahead of potential problems.
What does the Home Service Plan include?
The Home Service Plan includes one cooling maintenance visit, one heating maintenance visit, and one plumbing safety inspection each year. Members also receive 12% off eligible services, parts, and repairs, with HVAC installation and excavation excluded.
What benefits do I get when I join?
Your member benefits begin with enrollment. The dispatch fee is waived, member discounts apply immediately, and your first maintenance service can be scheduled right away, with the second maintenance service booked for the following season. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to appointments completed before enrollment.
Does the Home Service Plan cover multiple HVAC systems?
The membership covers one furnace and one air conditioner. If you have a second full system or a mini-split, you can add it to your membership for $9.50 per month. Systems cannot be alternated between years.
How do I schedule my Home Service Plan maintenance?
Scheduling your maintenance is simple. Once you’re enrolled, your first maintenance service can be scheduled right away, and your second seasonal maintenance will be scheduled for the following season. This makes it easier to stay on top of routine heating, cooling, and plumbing maintenance throughout the year.
